The prestigious Royal Chace Hotel, in Enfield commissioned Authentic Designs to refurbish 93 bedrooms, themed period function suites, redesign and refurbish the main reception area, and the Kings Bar. However, it is the first floor Chace Brasserie that attracts most of the admiring glances from hotel guests.
Authentic Designs redesigned a tired restaurant into a vibrant brasserie, repositioned the kitchen to improve traffic flow and productivity, also detailed the carvery counters, and impressive cold food displays.
